Our product developers all have their areas of expertise in mechanical design, industrial design, project management and strategy. But successful projects are about more than just experience and competence. They consist of individuals who interact, lift and support one another. Since each project has its own special requirements, we have carefully selected and employed developers with different experience, backgrounds and personalities. By understanding our employees’ personality profiles and unique characteristics, we are able to match the right person to the right assignment and put together effective teams in which all complement each other effectively.
