Being an associate at Oxyma
At Oxyma Innovation, we are fully aware of the value of having fun at work. When you feel comfortable with your co-workers better results are achieved, and the path to your goal will be much more rewarding. To promote this sense of comfort, we often share activities, both at work as well as in other environments. Some of our events include our annual conference trip, for example, where we combine business with sailing or skiing activities. The end goal is to build a stronger Oxyma.
As an associate with us, you are our most important asset; therefore we have started the Oxyma Academy, a training program and an investment in you as an individual and thus, an investment in Oxyma’s future. Through continued training we want to lift our employees, making them the best of the best.

Oxyma Innovation AB uses the information you enter as a tool for current and future recruitment processes. This means that this data will be stored and processed in Oxyma Innovation's data files. By submitting this information, you authorize Oxyma Innovation AB to use your information, and also, when appropriate, distribute it in order to introduce you to prospective clients. All data handling is conducted in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act(PDA) and the recommendations set forth by the Data Inspection Board.
Your approval covers all personal information you provide in your application. Any additional information that you provide in your application and interview, and any other information we obtain from third parties such as former employers, credit companies, security companies, references and other sources is also included. Oxyma Innovation AB will handle your personal information in the recruitment process and may share your application and personal data to outside companies that are involved in the recruitment process. The goal is to assess your application, check your credentials, verify your credit background and other information. After submitting your details you may be contacted regarding a position. After you have provided your information you may at any time modify and/or delete information by contacting us.
