Continuous steering group meetings and reconciliation ensure that you are always aware, and have full review abilities of the entire project. You also have a dedicated contact person who is responsible for the project and who serves on the steering group. He or she is there to ensure that you are kept informed, and that you are satisfied and relaxed throughout the entire project.
